- MARCH 5, 2010 - Public Notice
#03042010-01
This is an update to PN 02072010-01.
A video of the February 25 City of San Diego planning commission
meeting can be viewed here. As a result of strong opposition
expressed at the February 25 meeting, the planning commission will
recommend to the city council that the draft amendment in its current
form not be adopted. However, this is a recommendation only.
It is up to the city council to decide how to proceed.
Your voice needs to be heard by the city council on this matter.
If you live in the City of San Diego, please contact your
councilmember and express your concern and displeasure over this
amendment. Even if you do not live in the City of San Diego,
your voice is just as powerful.
Here is a listing of
San
Diego City Council offices by district that includes names and
email addresses. Select your district from the list, then select
the "contact us" option towards the top of the page to obtain phone
numbers and office address. Phone calls are more powerful than
email messages, but anything you can do to let your voice be heard
will help.
