Eligibility
All present members are eligible to
participate.
Contest Duration
New memberships received between April 1,
2011 and the December, 2011 SANDRA Christmas party will be
applicable to the contest.
Contest Definition
of "New Member"
Recruited members must be brand new members or
past members who have been non-members for at least two consecutive years.
Contest Awards
Awards will be distributed at the December,
2011 SANDRA Christmas party as follows:

Claiming Credit
If a new member joins SANDRA on-line, the new
member must provide the call sign of the member by whom s/he was
referred in the available text box on the on-line form for credit
to be valid.
If a new member joins SANDRA using a printed
form, the recruiter claiming credit must complete the contest claim form.
The contest claim form must accompany the new member's membership form for
credit to be valid or be provided to the membership chair for
verification. (See claim form for instructions)

Contest Tracking
The membership chair shall include contest
statistics in the monthly membership report to the SANDRA board and may
also share contest status via established SANDRA communications methods
(nets, email, website, etc.)
